How do I get my login details?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, our system automatically generates a username and password and emails them to the address you used at checkout. No manual setup, no waiting.
I paid but did not receive an email.
First check your spam/junk folder. If it is still missing after a few minutes, contact info@pudge.llc with your payment reference and we will resend your credentials.
How does the AI organization work?
When you upload files, the engine analyzes each file by type and content and moves it into smart folders (Images, Documents, Invoices, and more). You can run it any time from your panel with one click.
Is my data private?
Your files are stored in an isolated directory tied to your account only. Each account can only access its own storage. We never share your files.
What happens when my plan expires?
Access is paused until you renew. Your files are retained for a grace period so nothing is lost if you renew promptly.
